After I placed the order online, I did not receive any confirmation email about my order although the payment went through immediately. It made me wonder if it was a scam. I wrote to customer service and fortunately got a reply confirming my order. There was no link provided to track my package. I also ordered two extra pillow cases but only one arrived. I managed to get a refund for the missing one. I am happy with the product but the ordering process could be improved.

Easy to order. Was a little worried as I live in Canada so wasn't sure how to track it. I reached out and emailed customer service to find out more and they got back to me right away with the proper tracking number so that I could continue to track it through Canada Post once it crossed the boarder.

The shopping experience was fine. They did honor the return policy after trying to convince me to try the pillow for longer. I hadn't taken into account that it would cost me $83 for return postage so it ended up costing me that much to give it a try. My fault for not taking that into account. So just keep that in mind.
