Straight forward, except that after I ordered the pillow, I received the suggestion that if I ordered another product immediately, the two could be shipped together. I ordered the cushion (love it) but it was shipped separately despite the rapid placement of my order. So no savings on shipping and handling despite that suggestion. However no problems with the products, they are of excellent quality. Items arrived in about 2 weeks.
