Pricing was decent for the product. Support replies have been quick but I really wish I did not need to reach out. Instructions with the scooter would have solved a few things and I'm still waiting on the rest. Shipping was fine other than that it arrived on its side vs vertical and that should be prevented since it caused a brake fluid leak.

Not all the parts were shipped and when I asked them to overnight the tools they said no. Terrible customer service.

Cancelled without explanation

Was worried at first as the phone number doesn't work and it took a awhile to get responses via email. But once you make/get contact it becomes a breeze.

Respond back to me so we can fix this.

Cannot get any help after numerous contacts. CSR’s refuse to assist me. Worst online experience ever. No solution to problem. No answers just inquiries when my request was simple and immediate

Paid for a battery never got it asked for a refund and haven’t heard anything back, so I’ve lost money and still have no battery for the scooter

Feels like you’re ripping me off. You still haven’t shipped my Scooter. I’m about to call the BBB, and report you as Fraud.
