Poor service. I still haven’t received the ring, and while I’m sure it’s beautiful, the overall experience has been disappointing due to poor delivery updates. I wasn’t given the tracking number until after a missed delivery attempt, which could have been avoided with better communication. Because of the holiday delay, the ring won’t arrive in time for my planned New Year’s Eve proposal.
