The shoes I bought were thrown into a bag without tags, labels, etc. (very strange) and arrived a couple weeks after it was supposed to. I immediately returned them and was assured I would be reimbursed. That was 8 weeks ago. Customer service keeps giving me the run-around, and they still owe me $110.
