My overall experience has been really good! One exception....back in December(or January)I did not receive the mullein. I was sent sea moss like a week after the mullein was supposed to arrive. I think yall realized the mistake because the next month I received 2 bottles of the mullein....so yall made it right! Good Customer Service in the end, although no one emailed me about the mistake. Now we're just splitting hairs ha! Anyways, big fan of Betterbrand and especially the mullein!!ššš
