John always sends the orders on Monday. Unless it’s a holiday. If UPS would stop sending it to Chicago. My order wouldn’t take five days to get to me. I have gotten plant orders from other companies. They always come with hitchhikers ( snails)! If this order doesn’t come with any. I will order from John from now on. So tired of snails I haven’t ordered!

Could have used more ice pack in the shipping. Other than that, everything was well packaged. I was lucky the dilevery came in the mid morning before the plants got too hot. The Choachella Valley was 115* that day and the trucks have no air conditioning. They are very healthy, pretty and cute plants. Only one of the divided plants is melting back a little. Thank you for your fast service.
