I wanted to take a moment to express my disappointment with the Digi Dash device. I was genuinely excited about my purchase, but I was disheartened when it stopped working within just two weeks.
Given the high price of this device, I expected far better performance and certainly did not anticipate any issues so soon after purchase. It feels like the product has not lived up to its promises, which I can only describe as false advertising
Additionally, my experience with customer service has been frustrating and unhelpful. It seems that instead of resolving the matter, the representatives just prolong the process until the 30-day refund window is up. This has led me to believe that this company is nothing more than a money trap.
