Terrible customer experience. Parcel did not move from customs from weeks, after getting in touch with customer support they made no attempt to help - telling me to get in touch with customs (wasn't my local customs so I have no idea who to call). Eventually they arrived but they made no effort to help find the parcel or send a replacement. Ordered for Christmas and didn't arrive until January. Appreciate there can be delivery issues but lack of concern or care was poor. Would never order from here again.
