I didn't know it was apparently a British company, so, what that means is, if you're in the States, you're gonna have to wait a good little bit for that package to arrive. Also, I didn't receive a tracking number for my order right away, I had to send an email to their customer support, which was very helpful by the way, just to get the tracking info. Other than that, not a bad experience, but not perfect, we'll say that much.
