Horrible, I was aware of the no return or cash back. The site said NOTHING about exchange, and then lo and behold after I complained “no exchange appeared.” I asked to exchange the THREE wigs I purchased $570 I spent, and their was zero help and NO, no exchange. Horrible that one cannot exchange something I can NEVER WEAR! Don’t waist your money when the service is this bad.
