The customer service with this company was extremely terrible. They blamed me for the defective leaks that they sent me. I was more than happy to send the wigs back to them, but then they say that I had to pay for my own shipping which violated their own policy, where it clearly states that they would pay for shipping back for the product. The wigs were made poorly hair was coming out by clumps. All I can say is never again.
