The shopping experience was seamless—quick, thorough, and impressively detailed. I was truly impressed by the packaging, the box, and the array of accessories that accompanied it. However, while those aspects were a definite plus, the wig itself has been a complete letdown. Due to significant shedding, especially at the front, a headband that isn’t wide enough leaves part of the wig exposed. Unfortunately, this issue has prevented me from being able to wear it as intended.
