Generally good! But i was a bit disappointed to see the optional flight-case stile box included with this saber on your website (now this is corrected on the website) but git the saber with only the standard paper box. I reclamed that in the support chat, but - ok i got an ofer with a fair discount to order it too - no chance to get the promised flight-case transport-box for free, as the website showed at this time. The support claimend that this is only included with the High-End Proffie 2.2 electronics, i got. But i upgraded from the middle-class Neopixel Ultimate to Proffie after my initial purchase (glad to have this opportunity) - and that was maybe the real issue. But you should describe this more clearly on your website!
