I ordered three bikinis from Tinye Swimwear on Black Friday and had them shipped to my new address, which I had already been living at for two weeks and receiving other packages at with no issue. The postal service incorrectly marked my unit as “unoccupied” and returned the package. When I contacted customer service, I was told I would have to pay for shipping again, even though the address was correct and the issue was out of my control.
