Failed to respond to messages and are not transparent about where their product is made. They do not take accountability once they have collected your money. This is not a small Canadian company as they claim to be. They also proceeded to delete their social media after my complaints of deleting comments and inaccuracy. SHADY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! I still have not received my order and it has been over 40 business days. I order in November 2024 - today is Jan 23, 2025. I am still waiting. Many delays they blamed on Canada post yet my order only reached Canada Jan 10th. SHADY, SHADY, SHADY.....

There was a bit of a delay with shipping the order out, it wasn’t sent until after I inquired a few weeks later. Not sure if that was why but the order was promptly issued and I was also understanding of the fact that the canada post strike wasn’t helping anyone out with shipping times! Would still recommend despite the slow start.

My original photos didn't suffice for the portrait so they emailed me to attach additional photos, very easy process. I also ordered a bit late in order to get it for Christmas and I was able to email them as well and change the shipping address to where I was going to be for the holidays. Very accommodating and helpful.
