Terrible delivery No answer from my inquiries

I went online & purchased the product.

Shipping took much longer time than I anticipated..

The wait for delivery was much longer than I expected, but otherwise I’m very pleased.

I never received my order your apparent lack of care and customer service is next level, this has been the most frustrating online purchasing experience I’ve ever dealt with. I would advise any potential customers to think carefully and unless you’re happy with throwing your hard earned cash away and enjoy deafening silence with a large slice of frustration beware. I imagine it would be far more productive to deal with a group of supine protoplasmic invertebrate jellies than this company.

I already express my dissatisfaction with this company. I still haven't receive goods, wrote an e-mail to ask what is the situation, and no reply. Make me wonder is this company legit? And you asking me to review item and yourself? That's a joke! I would like immediately refund for my order. Mr.E.Tiskevicius

Do you not use this company? They do not send the product in the 2 to 5 days they say I am three weeks since ordering and it’s not arrived in fact I don’t even know whether it’s been dispatched. It’s a scam and I’m reporting them to trading standards.

Absolutely terrible shopping experience. Contacted them 3 times now, after my second email I got a response 30/11/2025 telling me that my purchase was on its way, it is now 11/12/2025 and still have not received my purchase. They were quick to take payment. Just want my money back.

I’ve been sent an email to review my order before it’s even arrived. I had ordered this after a local woman was attacked to help me feel safe until they caught the man. Ordered 11 days ago and still no sign of it. Tracking hasn’t updated for the last 10 days either. No response to my email chasing it up either.
