I have returned 2 out of the three items at my expense. Notice some items are available thru Amazon. Should have ordered through Amazon they do free returns.
Ordered the wrong size didn't realize until after a Pilates class. They kept rolling down. I understand not returning due to hygienic reasons, another canadian company Knix will send a replacement size in that situation and suggests you donate the item that doesn't fit. Expensive mistake on my part paying shipping and will end up donating the tights that don't fit properly. I do not have the confidence to order directly from the company again to replace the tights.
