My first 2 experiences were less than ideal and this is putting in mildly. From my 1st experience, coupled your customer service responses, most persons would not have made another purchase and yes these experiences made me annoyed and I was very disappointed. But because of my Christian beliefs in having patience, understanding and being gracious why I looked past these unpleasant situations and I have now made 3 purchases. On the 3rd purchase the delivery time improved and your email responses got better as well. However, I believe that although you maybe a small company, the time it takes to make your products is still too long so your process of creating the product needs to improve. BTW, just to let you know I still haven’t received the product from my second purchase but hopefully I will get it at the end of this year, that’s way I made a 3rd purchase to re- purchase the tropical gel again. Also the refund I got to lessen the disappointment and negative experiences actually cost me more money due to the exchange rate of my country. But life is more important than money and stuff. It’s a very competitive industry and if you snooze you lose. I have made purchases from other small black owned businesses and they make and have their products available for shipping much faster. So have a closer look at your processes. Thank you!
