Only after I suggested my order should have been processed as priority (as it was placed PRIOR to then), the order shipped and took a week to arrive. Very disappointed. Service can be better.

I made this order on November 30th and still haven’t received it. I’ve written 3 times about it and only received an answer to my first email. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and not only did it not arrive for Christmas, it’s 6 days past Christmas and still no update since December 22nd. And what’s worst is yesterday I sent another email that wasn’t replied to but I’m sent this surveyed to review the item… I want it to either be reshipped or get a refund. This has been a horrible first experience.
