While the scent is wonderful, the customer service is lacking. One of our bottles came broken with glass inside the bag. When I reached out to customer service via the email provided, I got no response. I followed up days after to no avail. The auto response indicates to allow 24-48 hours. It’s been over two weeks. Very disappointed because this product was a gift for Father’s Day.
