Ordered 2 kimonos (Riley and Paloma) and only received one of them, the Riley arrived and it is so small that it won’t close across chest at all. Paloma kimono never arrived and after several weeks I reached out via email to inquire about it, they responded that item was out of stock but they were shipping asap. It still never arrived and they have not responded to multiple emails requesting a refund. I had to file a claim through PayPal which they disputed. Still no refund and no delivery.
