Bad customer experience. False advertising of products that look nothing like photos. They look so cheap and the company has no interest in listening to customer or issuing refund. They’re simply happy to get your money and disappears when you need them to make things right. Either list items in honesty wit good faith of how they actually look, or issue refund when you mislead customers. It’s upsetting and I found it dishonest

Terrible customer service and bunch of scammers. I have ordered on OCT 2 , and after two months I haven’t received it yet. And the crazy thing is that I check the status of tracking number and it is stuck and it is a lie since it it is stuck in “information received “ status. I have not received my package I sent email many times and they ignored many times after a month they gave a fake tracking number and now they say I have received the package. How, where? THEY ARE SCAMMERS. 👎🏼
