You need to return money to the customer if that’s what they want. The shirt was way off in size, had unwanted bottoms not pictured in ad and no place for collar stays to hold collar up. Nd I got zero refund. Never again.

The level of communication is poor, very poor. I purchased three sweaters from the company. Minimal Vintage stated the more you buy a discount is applied. The sweaters were not on sale, I purchased one large and two XXL's. None of the sweaters fit, so I asked for an address to return the sweaters. I called several times and left messages with no return call. I emailed the company and they provided an generic responses. I did not see any sizes larger than XXL, so I wanted a refund.
