I usually wear a size 36 and I ordered a size 36. The pants were too small and it was like I needed to maybe order a size 42. After multiple attempts to reach someone, I took the loss and threw the pants in the trash. So disappointed because I tried to reach out via email with no reply, voicemail with no return call, and text with no reply.

Quality and sizing were way off. I asked for another one - they shipped me the size up and it was too small. I had to pay shipping again ($135 USD or so) and it’s a waste now .

I’m unable to return my product because I haven’t been able to reach customer support. I’ve tried using the email address provided, but every time I send a message, I receive a “delivery failed” notice—so it seems the email doesn’t even exist. I’ve also tried contacting them through their website with no luck. At this point, I’m completely unable to get in touch with anyone.
