Bad customer experience. False advertising of products that look nothing like photos. They look so cheap and the company has no interest in listening to customer or issuing refund. They’re simply happy to get your money and disappears when you need them to make things right. Either list items in honesty wit good faith of how they actually look, or issue refund when you mislead customers. It’s upsetting and I found it dishonest
