We never got our order We have been waiting since December 17 2024 Yes the tracking shows it has been delivered but I promise you it has not been delivered because it is not here When we got the notification that the order had been delivered we attempted to go collect it but when we saw it was not here we looked everywhere and still could not find it. We made a complaint with shop pay customer service also We want a full refund back to the original payment method I am upset because money was wasted because this was supposed to be a birthday present and its not here I do not want a replacement I just want my money back
