I became very frustrated with Customer Service on this purchase as I had a problem with adjusting the band on one of my purchases, and instead of helping with the problem, I kept getting multiple requests to place a review for the website. My request for assistance was brushed aside and required multiple efforts on my part to get the problem resolved. It took several months to fix the problem and get the band replaced.
