Ordered 11 items, only received 9. Was supposed to get doubles of 2 of the items I ordered, only got 1. Only after I sent 2 emails requesting the additional items I ordered did I finally receive a notification that the additional items that were not shipped were finally being shipped. The notification didn’t feel very personal. It would have been nice to receive communication and acknowledgment of the company’s error. I received the items after my planned trip so I had to purchase other food.
