I’m extremely disappointed. After the first exchange, there’s no option for another replacement — even if the product turns out to be defective. The so-called “polarization” is barely noticeable; it’s subtle to the point of being meaningless. This feels deceptive, especially when other reviews also mention similar issues.
Overall, this is a very poor business practice. I regret purchasing from Voyage Eyewear and wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.
