I wanted to do a return bc the hoodie felt very cheap. I didn't mind taking the L, it can be hard to tell in photos. I didn't even mind spending the money to ship it back. However, what really got me was the shop owner Richard said all returns have a 25% fee. That's poor business. Making customers pay for not liking the quality or product is very much a scam. I get nothing but still end up paying for shipping AND Richard gets to keep 25% of my money. What a joke.
