Overall it was fine. Only drawback was I ordered the print weeks before my husbands birthday and when I followed up a week or so after to be sure I'd receive it in time I was told yes. It arrived on his actual birthday, which was a relief but also very stressful. I would have liked more time to wrap it instead of doing everything in a rush to prepare for his party that evening.

Mark responded to all my questions in a reasonable time frame. The creation of the canvas and the shipping took a little longer than I was expecting, but that's OK. You might consider adding a more accessible way to find out the status of the order on your website.
