So the product and the hat is wonderful. What I am unhappy about and will probably never order from you guys again is the terrible lack of customer support. I made this order in early April and I’m just now receiving it late June. I contacted you all constantly, and I received no response whatsoever. If that has all been restored, then there’s a slight chance that I would order from you all again. But as it stands, I will never order another product from you all, considering the lack of support
