The movemate board looks and feels great! The quality is fantastic and it feels so good. The movements feel safe and very natural. Even the small micro-movements with the toes can't be achieved with any other board on the market. I also notice a really good improvement in back pain, knee stability, muscles and posture. I know the board is a bit expensive, but it's worth it! Best regards from Germany!
