The website didn't clearly indicate that for Italy, you also need to pay customs duties on top of product price and shipping. This significantly increased the final cost, making it much less convenient than expected.
It would have been appreciated to have this information about additional costs during checkout, instead of discovering it upon delivery.
Hope they improve communication about total costs to avoid unpleasant surprises for other Italian buyers.
