I ordered XL padded underwear in three different colors. The black ones I ordered fit well, but the turquoise and purple were tight. When I held the underwear up to each other, you could tell the black ones were bigger than the other two. I reached out to customer service. They were quick to reply via email, but action was very slow and it took over a month to resolve the issue.
