I ordered a cat tree for Xmas , at no point did it specify that it wasn’t in stock so wouldn’t arrive until January. After making an email enquiry to follow up its whereabouts (as my other items arrived) I was told this. So I cancelled my order, but overall it was a muck-around and I wouldn’t have ordered if Michu was more transparent. Bad service / communication.
