First pair of Mucks was apparently faulty (rubber band at the back of the calf detached itself from the boot; I was told it was not a common issue, although I've seen several pictures by people who had the same issue, but anyway, the CS kindly and professionally offered a solution, and I bought another pair + the third pair recently. I'm going to collect them!). The boots look great, the care product is convnient to use and efficient, the delivery was quick and I was able to change the delivery method the day before the delovery (chose a pick up point instead of home delivery as no one was home and it went very smoothly). I'll be back!!!
