when I placed my order, my item was in stock and I received my item within a few days. Everything was received. i did receive a charger, which I still have not figured out how to use on my device, which is device for multi-digits. There were no instructions regarding the charger in the packaging and no instructions on the website. I could not find where to plug the charger into my device. So far, the unit is working regularly and I'm pleased with the operation of the device.
