The part to attach the light to my loupes was not sent with the loupes. it took me reaching out to them 3 times before they sent it. each time they did not believe me that the parts were not there. but finally 2 months later I have a working loupes light.

Had to send the loupes back when I got them because one eye was black.When I first ordered the loops, I wanted the prescription to be put into the lenses however it didn’t look like I would have room for the prescription so then I cancelled the prescription. The sales person didn’t say anything about room being limited. When I called to inquire about putting a prescription into the lenses I was told that the lenses would be at least $250 plus a service charge to have new lenses placed with the loupes. The only choice was to have an insert which I ended up ordering, thinking that it would be for distance so I could see the computer screen. The insert I ordered is very heavy, a bifocal was added which changes my vision so I can’t use the insert and the top of the bifocal line is in my line of vision. The working length is too short so I’m constantly leaning into the patient to see clearly.
