Easy to order. Customer Service was friendly and helpful. Shipping was fast. Could have really used a “White Glove” delivery & set up service. I would have gladly paid extra for it. I am handicapped so I had to depend on family & friends to get the heavy boxes into my condo and assemble the recliners, which I heard was not easy due to lack of clear instructions. In the end, these are fantastic recliners.
