Lots of issues with customer service communication. Little to 0 communication especially when you have complaints. Owners wife often participating in shill biding and outbidding customers if she feels a price is too low. Orders often mixed up. Orders weighing less than what charged for (get your own scale and check). Price gouging.

Love the quality of opals you guys have! Most recent shipment had a lot of cracks though. I find the 1 of the female live hosts quite aggressive though, seems to get annoyed anytime people ask any questions or are a new time shopper and do something “wrong”
