I have been looking for a leather patch hat that is good quality and hasn't looked cheap for a long time. I am incredibly picky. I wear hats for the majority of my week, so saying I have a 'thing' for hats is more than fair.
When I ordered, I wasn't sure what the outcome would be, having not heard of this company before, but I have to admit, I was impressed.
Not only is the hat good quality (not thin material), and the patch looks fantastic, but the customer service is next level.
I was contacted about the logo I had uploaded with a recommendation on how it would look better on the hat. To say this caught me off guard is an understatement. I've never had another company reach out like that (and I work in marketing, so that says a lot!).
I look forward to buying more hats for my business as well as other offerings they have.
