Unfortunately, the hoop we received does not fit into the welded holes as intended. It appears to be slightly misaligned and does not snap into place. We recorded a video to help illustrate the issue and would be happy to share it with your team.
This is the second time we’ve experienced a problem with a hoop we ordered from your company, which is becoming increasingly disappointing. We are truly sad to have spent over $200 on a defective product.
