Read my review. Not aligning properly in order to work had to hold it in place and wobbly. So disappointed after being so excited about it. Watched the instructional video over and over to make sure all the parts were properly installed and the juicer would not turn on with the security click as it should. And now I receive this email asking for a review. However, I have been trying to contact customer service regarding this issue. Because still is money spent. I was so excited about it ☹️
