I’ve not had the best experience getting through to customer service. I had an issue with one of my items and haven’t had any response to my emails to customer service (not even an automated response indicating how long I can expect to wait to hear back). The items themselves came reasonably quickly and were well packaged. For an expensive product like this, I expected they would arrive in good condition and any issues would be easy to resolve, but unfortunately that hasn’t been the case.
