Took over a month to get here even though I was told 2-6 days for delivery after I paid in full. That’s no big deal, I’m patient. Unit shows up and after I installed everything I find that it doesn’t deliver any oxygen.. I’m really disappointed. I planned on buying several of these units to start my own business but I’m second guessing everything now. I guess I’m in another waiting period to see if they do anything at all to resolve the problem.

There is also no customer service number that you can talk to a person. You can message back with AI, which has gotten me nowhere. I spent a lot of money on this piece of equipment. The least the company can do is put instructions how to put all this stuff together. Clearly they are selling a product not a service.
