Website was straight forward and it was easy to place an order. From a design standpoint, I think the website could use some updating. It’s not necessarily a problem for me but I could see potential customers clicking off the site because it is not put together entirely. For example, design/format inconsistencies on each product page and also not the best picture for the 5 piece sample pack, something I would assume to be one of your most popular products. Another improvement that comes to life is search engine optimization. Simply searching “Kuhn” should show results for the website but it does not. Working on this could help direct more traffic to the site. Hope this review is helpful!
