Balls didn't arrive. No option in the checkout process to give authority to leave. No indication that I'd have to be home from work when they were delivered in order to "sign" for them. No warning I'd have to drive to the post office to pick them up instead of having them delivered to my house as I asked for. I cancelled the order, and ordered the same balls from Amazon for a lower price and they turned up on my doorstep the next day. Then Cue store told me they'd charge me $12 for the failed order. Complete scam.
