I’m very disappointed with my purchase from Cue Store. The cue I received was unusable from the start — the bottom part kept sticking to my clothes, making it impossible to play properly. When I contacted them to explain the issue, their response was unhelpful and dismissive.
They claimed I had “used” the cue and therefore couldn’t return it, even though you can’t possibly know something is faulty without trying it. Their return policy makes no sense and clearly doesn’t protect customers.
